In order for us to continue providing quality service to you and our community, we value your time and and trust that you value ours too.
We understand that plans change and we want to be flexible to accommodate those changes. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the time of service, without charge. Any late cancellations or broken appointments ,“no shows,” will be charged 100% of the total booking. Any outstanding fees will be settled before new appointments can be made.
